How value is calculated, not claimed

Value Model

The value model defines how benefit is measured rather than asserting a return figure: decision cycle time, repeated rework, cost of accepted deviations, senior capacity released and the quality of the delivered outcome. Each measure requires a documented baseline before assistance is introduced.

A baseline is not optional

Improvement cannot be claimed without a starting measurement.

Before assistance is introduced, the current cycle time, rework frequency and deviation handling are recorded. Without that baseline, any later improvement claim is unverifiable.

Quality outranks speed

Faster wrong answers destroy value.

Assistance is scored on held-back historical cases adjudicated by qualified experts. A speed gain that reduces decision quality is treated as a failure, not a win.

Capacity released is the honest headline

The realistic benefit is senior attention returned to judgement.

The credible near-term value is removing collation and cross-checking from expert workload so that scarce judgement is applied where it actually matters.

Controlled sequence

From input to accountable outcome.

Each transfer preserves context, ownership and the human gate required before consequential action.

Design boundary

What the system will not pretend to be.

Credibility begins where automation stops and accountable professional judgment starts.

01

No asserted ROI percentage

PDICON does not publish savings figures or customer results that do not yet exist.

02

No self-scored quality

Assistance quality is adjudicated by qualified experts, not by the model that produced it.

03

No value without baseline

A pilot that skips baseline measurement cannot produce a defensible value claim.

Questions answered

Precise answers for technical evaluation.

Open a question to inspect the operating position, not a marketing promise.

01What return on investment should we expect?

No figure is published. The value model defines how benefit will be measured — cycle time, rework, deviation cost and released capacity — starting from a documented baseline.

02How is assistance quality judged?

On held-back historical cases adjudicated by qualified experts, so quality is never scored by the system that generated the output.
