Design partner pilot
One real decision instrumented end to end, with a written scope and a measurable outcome.
- Single workflow scope
- Agreed evidence boundary
- Named approval roles
- Evaluation against held-back cases
- Defined exit and data return
Priced against a validated workflow
PDICON engagements are structured around a validated workflow rather than a published per-seat list price. The current route is a scoped design-partner pilot with agreed deliverables, followed by private deployment and enterprise expansion once the workflow demonstrates measurable value.
How it works
Every stage says what it includes and whether it is available today.
One real decision instrumented end to end, with a written scope and a measurable outcome.
Dedicated environment for an organisation extending a validated workflow into normal operation.
Multi-project rollout with private training and institutional project memory.
A procurement engineer making twenty consequential evaluations is worth more to instrument than fifty occasional viewers. Pricing is therefore anchored to the workflow being governed rather than to seat count alone.
Unpaid pilots tend to lack the commitment needed to capture real episodes. A scoped commercial pilot creates the mutual obligation that makes the evaluation meaningful.
Publishing a per-seat figure before workflow value is validated would be arbitrary. Commercial terms are agreed against defined deliverables and reviewed as the product matures.
Operating matrix
The matrix separates source evidence, intelligence work, governing authority and the resulting artifact.
| Subject | Input | Intelligence operation | Human / policy control | Output |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot | One decision | Instrument and evaluate | Written scope | Validated evidence |
| Deployment | Validated workflow | Private operation | Deployment agreement | Operational use |
| Expansion | Additional workflows | Module extension | Commercial review | Programme coverage |
| Governance | Model and data terms | Consent and audit | Contractual control | Accountable use |
Controlled sequence
Each transfer preserves context, ownership and the human gate required before consequential action.
Design boundary
Credibility begins where automation stops and accountable professional judgment starts.
PDICON does not advertise per-seat pricing at this stage; terms are scoped per engagement.
No return-on-investment percentage is asserted before customer measurement exists.
A pilot covers one declared decision so that its result can be interpreted.
Questions answered
Open a question to inspect the operating position, not a marketing promise.
There is no published list price yet. Engagements begin as a scoped design-partner pilot with agreed deliverables, and commercial terms are set against that scope.
No. Meaningful evaluation requires capturing real project episodes, which needs a scoped commitment on both sides rather than a self-serve trial.
Get started
Bring a workflow your team already repeats. We define the evidence, the approver and the outcome to measure, then instrument it end to end.
We are working with a small number of design partners across engineering and procurement workflows.
