Work where the documents already live

Integrations and Connectivity

PDICON Intelligence is designed to read from the systems where project evidence already lives rather than demanding migration: document repositories, project and schedule tools, procurement and ERP records, communication channels and enterprise identity providers.

Connector direction; pilot scope agreed per customer

Integrations

Read the evidence where it already lives.

Categories describe system classes rather than a fixed vendor catalogue. Exact connectors are agreed per deployment.

SRC / 01

Document and drawing stores

Read controlled requirements, drawings and submissions with permissions preserved.

  • Network and shared file stores
  • SharePoint-style document libraries
  • Cloud object storage
  • Document management systems
  • Email attachment intake
SRC / 02

Project and schedule systems

Align workflow evidence with the planned programme.

  • Schedule and planning tools
  • Task and issue trackers
  • Progress reporting sheets
  • Change and variation registers
SRC / 03

Commercial and ERP records

Connect technical decisions to purchase and award records.

  • Purchase order records
  • Vendor master data
  • Award and contract references
  • Invoice and payment status
SRC / 04

Identity and access

Respect existing enterprise access control.

  • Enterprise single sign-on
  • Directory group membership
  • Role and project permission mapping
  • Audit log forwarding
SRC / 05

Communication and review

Capture decisions that happen in conversation.

  • Meeting minute intake
  • Review comment threads
  • Notification and alert delivery
  • Approval request routing
Migration is the wrong ask

Industrial evidence cannot be relocated on request.

Requirements, drawings and vendor submissions sit inside established systems governed by contract and audit obligations. A platform that requires wholesale migration before delivering value will not be adopted.

Permissions travel with the data

A connector must not become a privilege escalation.

When evidence is read from a source system, its access rules are carried into retrieval and reporting so nobody sees more through PDICON than they can see natively.

Scope is agreed, not assumed

Each pilot declares its connectors explicitly.

Connector scope is part of the pilot agreement, including which repositories are read, which fields are captured and which are deliberately excluded.

Operating matrix

Evidence moves through explicit controls.

The matrix separates source evidence, intelligence work, governing authority and the resulting artifact.

Design boundary

What the system will not pretend to be.

Credibility begins where automation stops and accountable professional judgment starts.

01

No universal connector claim

Supported systems are agreed per deployment; PDICON does not claim pre-built support for every enterprise tool.

02

No credential harvesting

Payment data, personal credentials and unrelated sensitive fields are excluded from capture.

03

No permission widening

A connector never grants visibility beyond the source system’s own access rules.

Questions answered

Precise answers for technical evaluation.

Open a question to inspect the operating position, not a marketing promise.

01Do we have to migrate our documents?

No. The platform is designed to read from existing repositories with their permissions preserved, because industrial evidence usually cannot be relocated.

02Which integrations are pre-built?

Connector scope is agreed per deployment rather than advertised as a universal catalogue. The pilot defines exactly which systems are read.

Get started

Start with one real decision.

Bring a workflow your team already repeats. We define the evidence, the approver and the outcome to measure, then instrument it end to end.
